Registration and feedback details may be stored in the project database, a human-readable Excel file, Google Forms, or Google Sheets, depending on how the site is configured.

Admin users can view registrations through the admin page. Please do not submit information that you do not want the tourism planning team to see.

We may share your travel request with the project tour planners, local guides, homestay or activity contacts, and tour operators only when needed to support your trip.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information if required by law or for safety, security, or fraud prevention.

The website may use services such as Google Sheets, Google Forms, Cloudflare Pages, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and official ILP portals. These services have their own privacy practices.

Tourists should avoid submitting sensitive documents, payment details, Aadhaar numbers, passwords, or medical records through open text boxes unless specifically requested through a safe channel.

9. Children's information

The registration form asks for the number of children only for travel planning. Children should not submit the form by themselves. A parent, guardian, teacher, or responsible adult should submit group details.
